Marina Residence

A to-the-studs reimagining of a classic Marina home, this project transforms a traditional structure into a light-filled contemporary residence. The design introduces a new third story and expansive roof deck, opening the house to sweeping views while creating generous indoor–outdoor living spaces. Clean materials, refined detailing, and a dramatically scaled skylight bring cohesion and brightness to the interior, giving the historic home a modern, coastal feel suited to its Marina setting.
